What are the responsibilities and job description for the Permit Specialist position at Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning?

The Good Stuff:

- In office schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm
- Pay: $23-$27/hr
Job Duties:
- Requesting and processing permits for customer jobs from local agencies
- Communicating regularly with field staff regarding permit status
- Schedule inspections through the city and coordinate permit process between customers and agencies
- Act as a backup for other administrative roles on the team
- All other duties as assigned to support the administrative needs of the business
What you need:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Experience with contract licensing, backflows, rebates and jurisdictional knowledge
- Knowledge of municipalities and electrical permitting knowledge is a plus
- 1 year of administrative or related experience
- High attention to detail and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
- Excellent organizational skills
