Job Duties:
- Examine the HVAC systems in the residential homes of our customers
- Run airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements
- Determine the best equipment for the customer's home and create a plan
- Present options and assist customers in making the best decision for their family
- Work closely with our HVAC install team to assure an excellent customer experience
What you need:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in residential HVAC sales is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Preferred experience using a Customer Service Software such as Service Titan
- Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics
- A flexible schedule to work evening and weekend calls
- Valid and clean driving record and background
