We are looking for a talented Install Coordinator to:
- Organize & coordinate the HVAC Install and QC schedules.
- Dispatch & debrief our install crews.
- Monitor timesheets and prepare payroll for Installers.
- Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner.
- Manage permits and schedule city inspections.
Job description:
- Schedule Installers, dispatch & review daily
- Maintain dispatch board
- Customer communication & issue resolution
- Job Costing
- Job Closeout, Registration of equipment & warranties
- Permits & Rebates
- Customer Collections
- Installer Timesheets & Payroll preparation
- Daily data entry into Daily Manager Report
- Field Customer Calls / Issues
- Schedule QC’s & City Inspections
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for nights & weekends

- Experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred. Experience with Service Titan MANDATORY

The Good Stuff:
