Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in Rock Hill, SC. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of assigned multifamily properties. This includes ensuring resident satisfaction, managing property staff, maintaining property appearance, enforcing lease agreements, handling resident inquiries, and coordinating maintenance requests. The role involves regular interaction with residents, clients, and vendors to ensure the property is operating efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance and operations
- Proficiency with property management software and tools
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Real Page Experience is a plus
