Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide primary nursing care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories
• Administer medications, wound care and other treatment options
• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor and assess residents for change of condition
• Provide medical intervention as needed for emergent needs
• Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc.
• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you would communicate resident condition to family, and or responsible party members
• Implement and follow Primary Care Providers orders
• Other Duties as Assigned
