We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This role includes services across home and school settings, with a unique hybrid component that allows for remote parent training, offering increased flexibility and improved work-life balance.

Compensation Options
W-2 Position:
- $60-$65/hour
- 1 week paid time off (equivalent to average weekly billable hours)
- Consistent caseload and support
1099 Position:
- $75/hour
- Flexible scheduling structure
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee implementation of evidence-based interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure client progress
- Provide caregiver training (including remote parent training when appropriate)
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications
Required:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Medicaid provider ID (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual
