Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in plastic injection molding. In this role, you will support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant machinery, presses, and auxiliary equipment under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of plastic injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment.
- Support installation of new machinery and assist with removal or relocation of existing equipment.
- Monitor equipment to ensure safe and compliant operation.
- Maintain and repair facility systems, including HVAC units, heaters, restrooms, and other building equipment.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding equipment.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Knowledge of proper lockout/tagout procedures.
