About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Epicor ERP Consultant to support and implement Epicor ERP systems for our clients. This role involves providing technical and functional expertise, delivering user training, and ensuring smooth go-live transitions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in customizing, testing, and optimizing ERP workflows to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Epicor ERP systems for clients across multiple business functions.
- Train client staff on Epicor modules and assist in system adoption prior to go-live.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Document business processes and create supporting materials for workflows and decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop system customizations, integrations, and reports.
- Test solutions thoroughly to ensure accuracy, functionality, and client satisfaction.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any system-related issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Epicor ERP, particularly in Financials, Production Management, Customizations, and Shipping & Receiving.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent attention to detail with experience in testing and quality assurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP implementations across multiple versions.
- Experience developing customizations and custom reports within Epicor.
- Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Microsoft certifications in Windows or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments.
