Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Radiant Engineering is an established Denver-based solar engineering firm that helps commercial and residential EPCs and developers in the US and Canada by serving as their engineering and permitting team. We’re investing in our sales team, and need an experienced business development professional to help us build it out and land new clients.
What You’ll Do
- Help Radiant build our sales engine
- Source new clients through targeted cold outreach
- Close new EPC and developer partnerships
- Maintain organized pipeline tracking
- Onboard new clients
- Develop long-term client relationships
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in either Solar Sales or Solar Operations Preferred
- Understands EPC workflows, timelines, and pain points
- Is self-directed and comfortable owning pipeline
- Prefers performance-based compensation over salary caps

Realistic time commitment and earnings examples:
- 15 hours a week = 1 new client/month → ~$30k–$90k/year
- 30 hours a week = 2 new clients/month → ~$60k–$180k/year
