What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lunchroom/Recess Associate - Radiant Elementary position at Radiant Elementary?
Working Conditions:
Associates work inside and outside the assigned building throughout the school year. Recess duty will be outside on a daily basis unless the temperature drops below 5 degrees farenheit.
Position Criteria:
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
Performance Responsibilities:
- To supervise students in lunchroom and/or recess
- Follow building and district expectations/rules while supervising in the lunchroom and/or recess
- Communicate with other building staff in regards to student needs in these locations
- Implementation of PBIS (Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports) and Leader in Me Expectations-providing a positive role model for students
- Work well as a team member and is flexible with scheduling
- Positive interactions with staff and students
- Assist with other duties in the building
