Key Responsibilities
· Conduct customer and employee research using interviews, surveys, workshops, and ethnographic methods.
· Develop and implement customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) frameworks.
· Identify pain points and recommend improvements to service delivery and workforce engagement.
· Support change management, communications, and organizational transformation initiatives.
· Design and deliver staff development programs, training curricula, and wellness initiatives.
· Prototype and test new business models and service delivery approaches.
· Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
· Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure CX/EX performance outcomes.
· Recommend industry best practices related to resiliency, workforce development, and customer-centered operations.
