Position: Project Manager Intermediate - Workforce Program Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Cranston, RI
Duration: 12 Months
Hours per week: 35 Hours
Required Qualifications:
- Must have working knowledge of project and program administration, including federal grant requirements, project tracking, documentation, reporting, and compliance.
- Familiarity with State of Rhode Island administrative, procurement, contracting, and grant-management processes is preferred. Familiarity with Rhode Island’s healthcare, workforce, education, and public-sector landscape is also helpful.
- Must have the ability to research, organize, analyze, and clearly present information; manage multiple assignments and deadlines; and maintain accurate program records.
- Must have strong writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with state agencies, healthcare providers, educational institutions, employers, community organizations, and other partners.
Education and Experience
- Education: Such as may have been gained through possession of a bachelor’s degree from a college of recognized standing in public health, health policy, public policy, public administration, business administration, education, human resources, social sciences, a health-related field, or a closely related field; and
- Experience: Such as may have been gained through employment or internship experience involving program support, federal grants, project coordination, workforce development, healthcare, education, research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, public service, or other relevant activities.
