Position: Office Assistant/Services Technician
Location: Wakefield, RI
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
Duties include answering phones, typing, filing, general office support for approximately 40 social workers in a child welfare setting. Engaging in light typing to assist social workers. Customer service skills/people skills are important. Highly organized and self-motivated to find work to do in down time. This is a long-term temp position.
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent Experience
• Prefer someone with Microsoft Office experience, Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
