Position: Scrum Master Location: Hybrid - Montpelier, VT Duration: 16 Months Job Summary):
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams on Agile best practices
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint commitments using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Maintain end-to-end traceability of work items, pipelines, and releases in ADO
- Track and report on team performance metrics such as velocity, burndown, and throughput
- Identify, resolve, and remove impediments and blockers to team progress
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including data, engineering, and governance
- Oversee backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensure backlog health
- Ensure compliance with Definition of Done and uphold delivery quality standards
- Integrate DataOps and Agile practices, especially with data workflows and pipelines
- Support governance and compliance integration within Agile delivery processes
- Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to support team success
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain stakeholder alignment
