Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Laboratory Manager / Denture Manager at our state-of-the-art facility in Merrillville, IN. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing laboratory operations, managing a team of technicians, ensuring the highest quality of denture and dental appliances, and maintaining supplies and equipment. The manager will coordinate with dental professionals, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Dental Technology and Dentures, with hands-on experience in designing, fabricating, and repairing dental prosthetics.
• Proficient in Laboratory Skills, including equipment maintenance, workflow management, and quality control processes.
• Understanding and knowledge of Dentistry, including dental anatomy, materials, and procedures.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with staff and dental practitioners.
• Prior experience in a management or supervisory role in a dental or laboratory setting is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• Commitment to attention to detail, accuracy, and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
