Job Summary
a technician to provide the service of invisa-RED which is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses a combination of red and infrared laser light to stimulate metabolism, support lymphatic function, and encourage the body to process stored fat naturally. The treatment is designed to help reduce body fat, inches, and the appearance of cellulite while also promoting skin tightening and collagen production, with no surgery or downtime. The treatment is offered as part of a body sculpting and weight-loss program, and individual results can vary.
Duties
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional, friendly, and confidential manner.
- Prepare clients for treatment by positioning them comfortably and placing laser devices on the designated treatment areas.
- Take client body measurements, record weight, and document appointment notes and progress after each visit.
- Prepare and organize client folders and consultation paperwork.
- Assist with creating and updating client progress reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor treatment supply inventory and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting clients throughout their wellness journey.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (training will be provided).
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and accurately complete documentation.
- Comfortable working independently in a calm, wellness-focused environment.
- An interest in health, wellness, or weight loss is preferred but not required.
