Growing property management company seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to support daily operations across multifamily and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate vendors and ensure quality work
- Assist with admin tasks, reporting, and client communication
- Support move-ins/outs, tours, and field operations
- Track work orders and ensure timely completion
- Respond to urgent issues and provide updates
- Serve as point of contact for tenants and clients
Qualifications
- 5 years property management experience (operations required)
- Multifamily/commercial experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in property management software & Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Florida Real Estate License a plus
