What You Will Do

• Skilled nursing visits in the patient’s home
• Assessments, wound care, medication management, patient teaching
• Collaboration with MDs, therapists, and case managers
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered support

Our Lynnfield Location: Looking for nurses to cover the following areas: Boston, Brighton, Brockton, Cambridge, Chelsea, Dorchester, Everett, Malden, Quincy, Randolph, Revere, Roxbury, Saugus, Somerville, and Stoneham.

Work Location: In the field (Home Visits)

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license
• Strong assessment skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Home health care experience a plus, but not required - we train
