What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and home safety.
- Develop and update individualized therapy plans.
- Provide hands-on treatment to restore function and reduce pain.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and exercises.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams.

Qualifications
- Active MA PT license.
- Driver's license & reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and clinical judgment.
- Home health experience preferred or Previous hospital or long term experience is preferred but not mandatory willingness to learn is essential.
