What You Will Do
- Occupational therapy visits in the patient’s home
- Evaluate patients’ ability to perform daily activities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Train patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams
Hiring Locations
Our Chicopee Location: Looking for nurses to cover the following areas: Agawam, Chicopee, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Springfield, West Springfield, and Westfield.
Work Location: In the field (Home Visits)
Qualifications
- Active MA Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Home health care experience a plus, but not required - we train
