Mission
- Collaborate with customers’ engineering, procurement, and quality teams, as well as Radiall’s internal Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing groups
- Support electronics projects by recommending the most effective and profitable Radiall products and solutions — including RF solutions, antennas, multipin connectors, microwave switches, and more
- Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers to identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Assist customers in pre-sales technical discussions to define requirements and recommend optimal solutions
- Negotiate technical aspects such as specifications, compliance matrices, qualification plans, and data sheets
- Prepare draft product specifications in coordination with Design Engineering
- Demonstrate product functionalities and performance to customers and internal teams
- Create and deliver technical presentations to highlight product features and benefits
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop new business opportunities and support customer success
- Partner with the Quality team to help resolve product performance issues
- Comply with ITAR, must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
- A.S. or B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a 4-year college, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Applications engineering and/or experience with RF, ARINC, or 38999 interconnect components is a strong asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, technically curious, and able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (may vary based on customer and project needs)
- Ability to work in-person at the Tempe, AZ office, with some hybrid flexibility after the training period
