Radia is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Credentialing Specialist to join our Credentialing team. The Senior Credentialing Specialist performs advanced credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment functions to support provider onboarding and regulatory compliance. Serving as a subject matter expert, this role provides training, guidance, and cross-coverage for both Credentialing and Licensing functions while supporting workflow coordination, process improvement, and operational continuity. Success in this role requires strong communication, collaboration, independent judgment, and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency.


Shift: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm PST)
(Hybrid/Remote in Washington State)
  *There is required training for 1 week at the Lynnwood, Washington office from 8 am – 4:30 pm.

Compensation:

Hourly salary range $27.14 - $33.93 - $40.72. Salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The senior role provides support across the credentialing and licensing departments.

  • Prepare and submit accurate credentialing and re-credentialing applications for hospitals and payers within established timelines.

  • Track and ensure timely renewal of all provider licenses and certifications.

  • Conduct primary source verifications for new and existing providers as needed.

  • Coordinate proctoring documentation and manage continuing medical education (CME) tracking to meet licensure and accreditation standards.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date credentialing files, records, and data in the credentialing system.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., scheduling, quality, risk management) and external hospital partners to ensure seamless credentialing operations.

  • Uphold and contribute to credentialing standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in database entries.

  • Process and verify invoices for medical staff dues.

  • Serve as a back-up for credentialing responsibilities across the team and mentor junior staff when assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of credentialing experience in a healthcare setting lead-level or leadership experience preferred).

  • CPCS or CPMSM certification by NAMSS required within 1 year of employment.

  • Strong knowledge of credentialing processes, provider licensing, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission, NCQA).

  • Knowledge of the aspects in provider licensing.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing software systems.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
