What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their options
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a smooth patient flow
- Lead, motivate, and support the front office team
- Coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and billing processes
- Build strong relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and retention
- Ensure compliance with office policies and industry standards
