Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Psych/Behavioral Health practice experience
  • CURRENT PHLEBOTOMY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Traveler will need to perform blood draws
  • Valid Driver License
  • CPI/AVADE/Welle Certification Strongly Preferred. Candidates with this cert will be given first consideration
  • Travel experience – Highly preferred
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
