Job Description:
Ultra-Clean room environment –
Use of bunny suits, rubber finger cots, smocks, and rubber gloves
Opportunity for Contractor to NOT work in a clean room env. for this one (if they want to convert to an FTE they will have to work in the clean room sometimes)
Technical Skills:
Good hand/eye coordination
Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
Demonstrated problem solving techniques
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
Must be willing to work in a clean room environment will PPE
Ability to wear required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures (repetitive hand work)
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Good hand/eye coordination
Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks
Ability to sit for long periods of time
High level of attention to detail
Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs
Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required
Work 12-hour, compressed work week schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed
