- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Create process maps, user stories, business rules, and functional requirements.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, current-state/future-state documentation, and system documentation.
- Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test cases, execution, and defect documentation.
- Assist with end-user training materials, train-the-trainer sessions, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to support successful project delivery.
