Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing time effectively
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
- Support leadership with email management, drafting communications, and tracking action items
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and strategic initiatives
- Serve as a point of coordination across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
- Track key initiatives and follow up on deliverables to ensure progress and accountability
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed
- Support planning and execution of company events, meetings, and off-sites
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- 3 years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders (fast-paced or high-growth environment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with calendar management, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
