We’re searching for an Information Technology Professional that believes in the RADER core values and can handle the following responsibilities.

Job Duties and details:
- Answer incoming phone calls from managed clients
- Provide World Class Customer Service
- Address IT issues
- Document diligent notes in the company software
- Communicate excellently with customers, internal team members, and other departments
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Occasional after hours work
- Salary but overtime-eligible position
Priority Technical Skills:
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and business applications
- Server 2008 R2 through Server 2019
- SQL Server
- Terminal Services
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office 365
- TCP/IP networking comfort
- Concepts of basic computer hardware
- Proficiency in ConnectWise software stack preferred, but not necessary.

- Creative troubleshooting and problem solving
- Personality is service oriented and charismatic to friendly
- Always communicate clearly on phone calls
- Write clear and detailed descriptions of work completed
- Handle a workload that shifts often with quick changes in priority
- Adapt quickly to a company that is growing quickly and can change at a moment’s notice
- Respond quickly to internal communication
- Work within customer applications and speak to the vendors (hardware, software, ISP, etc)
