We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the entire development lifecycle, from gathering and analyzing business requirements to designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust and scalable software solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using the .NET framework (ASP.NET MVC, Web API, etc.).
- Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code using best practices.
- Work on data integration tasks using various tools and technologies (ETL tools, APIs, etc.).
- Utilize Arc GIS for geospatial data analysis and integration within the application (if applicable).
- Manage and maintain existing codebases, ensuring quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in .NET technologies and industry best practices.
- Requirements Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on the .NET framework (minimum 3 years).
- Solid understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience in business analysis and gathering requirements. Experience with data management and integration concepts.
- Experience with Arc GIS (a plus). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
