Description:
Works with agency partners and outside stakeholders to gather and analyze data regarding a variety of issues and topics in order to develop data driven solutions to difficult business challenges.
Requirements:Develop Tableau dashboards through iterative, customer-involved process to accurately display data and drive insights.
• Gather customer requirements for data visualization and reporting alongside Project Managers and System Analysts.
• Ensure that dashboards communicate intended information clearly while integrating within INDOT’s greater design ecosystem.
• Support Data Services production uptime through resolving tickets through INDOT’s two main work submission portals: ASM and Azure DevOps Boards.
