**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a knowledgeable RC Car Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for remote-controlled cars and excellent customer service skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert advice and guidance on RC car products to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right RC car models and accessories
- Demonstrate RC car functionalities to customers
- Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain and organize inventory of RC cars and parts
- Repair and modify customer's vehicles.
**Experience:**
- Personal or professional experience with RC Cars is necessary. Our customers don't always know exactly what they need or even what vehicle they have. A good knowledge of the RC industry is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the RC car industry, is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively
- Proficiency in public speaking to engage customers effectively
