Compensation (Read This Carefully)
This is a performance-driven role.
Base salary exists, but its not why top performers are here
Average agents earn $60K$70K
Strong agents earn $85K$100K
Top closers go beyond that

- Running high-volume sales conversations inbound and outbound, every day
- Closing business guiding prospects to decisions, even when it gets uncomfortable
- Building trust fast positioning yourself as the expert, not just another agent

Requirements
What It Takes to Be Considered
Non-negotiables:
- Active P&C or Personal Lines License
- Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance sales experience
- Must live in: WV, PA, MD, VA, OH, NC, SC, KY, TN, or IN
