Responsibilities include extensive customer communication in processing order entry, availability, pricing, and delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate critical issues as needed, interface with internal and headquarter team members to resolve problems. Work on special departmental projects.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Must be extremely organized and well-able to prioritize responsibilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer relation abilities.

• Strong verbal, grammar, and written skills. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a sense of leadership in negotiations and critical thinking.
