Job Title: Attendant (Part-time)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Laser Tag Attendant at our premium laser tag facility. As a Laser Tag Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. This role requires a combination of excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to facilitate an exciting laser tag game.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for each guest. Providing guidance, instructions, and assistance on laser tag equipment operation and general facility inquiries.

2. Safety Management: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Monitor laser tag games to ensure compliance with safety protocols, enforcing rules, and addressing any safety concerns promptly. Conduct regular inspections of the laser tag arena and equipment to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues.

3. Game Facilitation: Serve as a referee during laser tag games, monitoring player behavior and promoting fair play. Explain game rules and provide guidance to players, ensuring an enjoyable and exciting experience. Coordinate and manage game flow and timing, including briefing and debriefing players.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of laser tag equipment to ensure functionality and report any issues to management. Assist with routine equipment cleaning, battery replacement, and repairing minor equipment malfunctions to maintain optimal game experience. Enforce the one foot rule.

5. Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale systems. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, reconcile cash registers, and prepare daily sales reports.

6. Facility Upkeep: Assist with general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning the arena, lobby, and party areas. Ensure that all areas of the facility are presentable, organized, and tidy at all times.

7. Party Hosting: Assist with organizing and hosting laser tag parties and events. Guide party attendees through the laser tag experience and coordinate additional services (food, beverages, etc.). Ensure all party guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

8. Kitchen: Working in a the kitchen offers a thrilling and flavorful experience, with a fully-equipped kitchen featuring an oven that creates delicious pizzas, wings, and waffles. From crafting handcrafted pizzas with crispy crusts and melty cheese to preparing flavorful and spicy wings, the kitchen delivers a range of mouthwatering options. The oven also ensures golden, fluffy waffles that cater to both sweet and savory cravings. About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-energy environments.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure guest safety during laser tag games.

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

- Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.

- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Physically fit and able to stand and move for extended periods.

- Familiarity with laser tag rules, game strategies, and equipment is an advantage.
