Independent Contractor Janitor- Kokomo, IN

Rad Spic & Span is seeking a reliable independent contractor with commercial cleaning experience to service a retail location. This is a great fit for someone who already owns a cleaning business and is looking for steady extra income, or for an individual with strong cleaning skills who wants consistent daily work.

Job Responsibilities
The daily cleaning tasks take about 1–2 hours to complete and include:

• Restrooms & Fitting Rooms
• Clean sinks, counters, mirrors, toilets, and urinals
• Sweep and mop floors as needed
• Replenish paper products, hand soap, and urinal screens
• Empty trash receptacles
• General Cleaning
• Dust mop main aisles and vinyl tile
• Spot clean glass and mirrors
• Remove visible dust within reach
• Empty trash cans as needed
• Sanitizing Focus Areas
• Cart handles and rails
• Doors, handles, and vestibule areas
• Breakroom surfaces and appliances (tables, chairs, fridge, microwave, sink, etc.)
• Restroom and stall handles
• Customer service counters and cash wrap areas

Important: Contractor must check in with store management upon arrival and before leaving, reviewing restroom conditions throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be an independent contractor (not an employee)
• Experience in commercial cleaning required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Must have own transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment

Compensation

• $1,100/month flat rate
• Paid monthly upon completion of scope of work and reporting requirements
