Join our established construction team as a Construction Worker and be an essential part of transforming blueprints into reality! This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. As a Construction Worker, you will contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality construction sites by performing a variety of tasks that keep projects moving forward.
Duties
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to support various construction activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Execute tasks related to roofing, drywall hanging , tile, and trim carpentry to meet project specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools skillfully for framing, caulking, restoration, and renovation projects across different sites.
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols preferred. However, willing to train skills needed to an individual with minimal experience
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to read detailed blueprints.
- Familiarity with construction equipment
- Skills in carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, stud framing, and flooring installation.
