Position Overview

Brightworks IT is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Dispatcher & Client Support Coordinator to assist our service team with day-to-day operations.

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is comfortable talking with clients, logging information accurately, staying organized, and helping keep our helpdesk running smoothly. No advanced technical background is required—we will train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities Helpdesk Dispatch Support

● Answer incoming service calls and greet clients in a professional, friendly manner.

● Create service tickets with clear details based on client descriptions.

● Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets to technicians following established guidelines.

● Update ticket notes as technicians provide status updates.

● Schedule onsite or remote appointments as needed.

● Follow up on open tickets to make sure clients receive updates.

Client Support & Communication

● Provide timely, simple updates to clients on the status of their requests.

● Help prepare basic notes or summaries for client meetings when needed.

● Assist in tracking recurring issues and making sure they are escalated to the appropriate team.

● Maintain positive, steady communication with clients to help ensure a smooth service experience.

Administrative & Agreement Support

● Update internal client records and service agreement details when changes occur.

● Help organize documentation related to contract terms, renewals, and service notes.

● Ensure agreement information in our system matches what is being delivered.

What We're Looking For

● Friendly, professional communication skills—written and verbal.

● Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks without feeling overwhelmed.

● Comfortable learning new software and following established processes.

● No formal IT experience required, but basic familiarity with computers is helpful.

● A team player who is dependable and eager to learn.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
