Duties
- Arrive by 6:30am
- Open/login to multiple workstations
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support office management activities, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies
- Utilize computer skills
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and organizing documents efficiently
Experience
- No prior experience needed
- Healthcare background a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous
- Ability to handle data entry accurately with high attention to detail
