We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst III for our North America marketing organization. In this role, you’ll be the glue between marketing functions and the critical marketing-and-sales relationship. Your love of data and analytical thinking skills will be crucial in reporting on omni-channel marketing performance and advising marketers and marketing leadership on the cause-effect relationship across tactics to optimize our programs to meet our growth objectives. You’ll also be thinking about the processes needed to improve our data quality to deliver performance insights, and advise marketers and document best practices, driving adoption across the marketing team.

- Prepare routine and custom reports and perform analysis using tools like CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics and enterprise BI platforms
- Use your strong understanding of B2B marketing and/or sales process and best practices
- Leverage collaboration skills to partner with marketing stakeholders to gather and recommend business process and reporting requirements
- Liaise with BI, Sales Ops, Finance and IT teams to implement processes and deliver technical data requirements to derive insights for marketers and leadership
- Design and drive adoption of marketing processes that improve our database health and data quality, and strengthen our data governance practices
- Design and participates in implementation, Q/A, and validation of data, reporting, and/or process changes.
- Troubleshoot and debugs system and/or data errors in tools like CRM and marketing automation
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
- Provide industry benchmark analyses to identify business opportunities.
- Serve as point-of-contact with external partners, such as agencies to assist with data collection and reporting.
- Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to senior management team.
- Strong knowledge of data sets, data requirements, data integrity rules, and data reporting.
- Proficient in marketing technologies and reporting tools such as CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation, Google Analytics, predictive analytics, etc.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- SQL knowledge and skills preferred
- Knowledge of market, customer, and competitor trends.
- Advanced skills in tracking plan effectiveness.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills; ability to apply knowledge and best practices to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts, information and ideas so others will understand.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field required. At the manager’s discretion, a 2-year degree and 5+ years of experience may substitute for required degree.
