This role is designed for a senior-level professional who brings structure, judgment, and executive presence to complex programs and is comfortable partnering directly with internal leadership and government clients.This is not a technical delivery role. Instead, it focuses on program leadership, stakeholder alignment, governance, and execution within a technical and mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate acts as a steady point of integration between Rackner leadership, client stakeholders, and delivery teams.What You'll Do:You will lead program execution for a federal health portfolio, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping translate strategy into executable plans while maintaining strong relationships with client counterparts.You will oversee program governance, manage schedules and priorities, track risks and dependencies, and ensure consistent communication across teams. You will support decision-making by providing clear insights into program health, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
