• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC materials
• Assist with demolition and removal of existing roofing systems for repair or replacement
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support service and maintenance of pre-existing roofing and sheet metal systems
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free worksite
• Exhibit professionalism and courtesy to clients, vendors, and team members at all times
• For experienced candidates: Lead or assist with complex roofing assignments, coach and support team members, and ensure proper use of equipment and safety protocols

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to climb stairs and ladders, maintain balance at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and crawl as needed
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Punctual and dependable attendance
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred; commercial roofing experience is a plus but not required
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and quality standards
