This is a full-time, on-site Controller position, based in Nashville, TN. The Controller will oversee the organization’s financial activities, including preparing reports, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, supervising account reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and optimizing financial processes. The Controller will also collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Strong background in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Accounting, Auditing, and General Ledger Management
• Experience with Payroll and Tax Compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Financial Analysis and Forecasting techniques
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Advanced Excel tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• CPA certification or relevant accounting qualifications (preferred)
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a financial department
• Excellent communication and team management skills
