We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining HAAS machines (ST30 / VFO) to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret technical drawings, ensure quality standards, and perform routine machine maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, HAAS) following work orders and blueprints.Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.Adjust machine settings to ensure parts meet precise specifications.Perform quality inspections using measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machining operations.Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company and OSHA standards.Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.Document production and quality control reports.Requirements:High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.2 years of CNC machining experience (setup and operation).Strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code, M-code) is a plus.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments.Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
