Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Professional to join our team off-site at our Arizona location. This role involves building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, generating leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Professional will collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met, provide excellent customer service, and represent the quality and vision of Racket House Printing in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Exceptional customer relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans
- Familiarity with printing, marketing, branding, or similar fields is preferred
- Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
