- Low production alerts - Gateway / inverter communication issues - Microinverter failures - Battery performance concerns - Roof leak-related service (per SOP) - Warranty-related service calls
- Perform basic system testing and verification in the field
- Support removal & reinstall (R&R) projects as needed
- Assist with site surveys when required
- Document work performed with photos and notes
- Communicate findings clearly to internal team
- Assist with service documentation and job status updates
- Support coordination with technicians, vendors, and internal team
- Generator or surge-related service coordination
- General service team support
- Working knowledge of solar system components and common service issues
- Strong problem-solving and field troubleshooting skills
- Ability to document work clearly and communicate effectively
- Electrical experience (highly valued)
- Experience with removal & reinstall (R&R) projects
- Site survey experience
