Your week at a glance

• Mon–Fri travel throughout Florida (home on weekends). Depart Monday morning in a company vehicle; return Friday.
• Execute excavating scopes for EV charging and electrical infrastructure.
• Confirm equipment readiness and safety daily; clean and quality-check machinery.
• Operate excavators and skid steers; handle heavy materials.
• Jump in with the ground crew using hand and power tools when needed.
• Work as a true team player to meet milestones and uphold quality.
  
  

Location requirement

• Must reside in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, or Martin County.
  
  

Must-haves

• Heavy equipment operating experience (excavator, skid steer).
• CDL Class A or B and clean Driver’s License.
• Some labor/construction experience; safety-first mindset.
• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and perform basic mechanical checks on equipment (maintenance experience is a big plus).
• Drug-Free.
