Essential Functions
- Will review Store Loss Prevention Incident Reports for shoplifting situations. Will be responsible in documenting case evidence into Power Point presentations to be sent to police.
- Coordinate alarm testing with store management
- Review exception reports
- Assist in reviewing video for audits and remote audits
- Learn and assist in Corporate Badge program
- Learn and assist in InformaCast .
- Assist with Tellermate rollout.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in a strong team-oriented environment.
- Must have the ability to problem-solve and decipher when to escalate to management.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Organizational and administrative skills to provide administrative support.
- May have a degree or in the process of obtaining a degree in Criminal Justice.
- Must be able to look at computer monitors for 8 hours a day
- Must have the ability to use hands and fingers. Using them to type, manage copiers and/or printers.
- Must be able to exert up to at least 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
