What you will do- Oversee and assist with end-to-end installation on commercial projects and EV charging systems.
- Inspect wiring, equipment, and systems to identify hazards and malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues on 480V and 3-phase systems; execute necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the team and clients to align on needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Enforce safety: PPE use (hard hat, safety glasses; respirator as required) and strict code compliance.
- Coach apprentices and helpers; set the standard for workmanship.
- 10 years in commercial/industrial electrical environments.
- Journeyman license or 7 years serving as a Lead Electrician.
- Mastery of 480V troubleshooting and 3-phase systems.
- Strong command of the NEC and applicable regulations.
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Self-directed; able to work alone when needed and lead when required.
- Proficient with electrical tools and test equipment; broad systems knowledge.
- Clean driving record.
- Local to Boca Raton, FL.
- Available for 8–14 hour workdays.
