Help create safe, functional spaces as a key member of our field team. You’ll take on vital labor tasks that set every project up for success — from ground prep to final cleanup — while learning from seasoned professionals and advancing your construction skill set.
Your Impact- Keep crews moving by supplying materials and tools and holding components in place
- Prepare sites: dig trenches, compact soil, and backfill to spec
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and temporary works
- Maintain tidy, safe, and organized work areas and equipment
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials efficiently
- Perform demanding outdoor work across all seasons, including extreme heat
- Clean Driver’s License REQUIRED!
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Motivation to learn a trade and grow on the job
