Key Holder/Sales Associate

Racing Miami Store is seeking a motivated and reliable Retail Key Holder to join our team. As a key holder, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of our store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, staff supervision, and customer service. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure a high standard of store performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations:
• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct store walkthroughs to ensure everything is in order and the store is ready for business.
• Cash Handling:
• Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing payments and managing cash drawers.
• Prepare and reconcile cash deposits, report discrepancies to management.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, processing returns and exchanges, and resolving customer issues.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Staff Supervision:
• Lead and supervise sales associates, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Assist with training new staff members on store procedures and customer service standards.
• Help with scheduling shifts and managing employee coverage.
• Sales and Merchandising:
• Support store sales goals by engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are attractively displayed and organized.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, with supervisory or key holder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions accurately.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in retail management or a related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry merchandise as needed.
